Glass Door homeless Charity

One of my floral highlights last year was delivering a wreath making workshop to the Women’s Group at Glass Door homeless charity - it was a real insight to me into the valuable and grassroots work this Charity does and how vulnerable so many people are in the streets of London, particularly in the winter months.

Whilst I really enjoyed the experience and being creative with these women, I went home appreciating the privilege of being able to call somewhere home at Christmas and have a door or home to decorate. With this in mind, I will pledge £5 per Christmas wreath sale this year towards supporting the work of Glass Door. See here for all the amazing work that Glass Door homeless charity does.

£5 can go towards provide nutritious evening meals for about 4 guests for one night in the community dinner service. This is their Christmas appeal if you would like to get involved further. Glass Door is a registered charity in England and Wales (no. 1083203).
